Return Eligibility
You can send a return request within 14 days. The item must be in clean and original condition. It must be unused, unworn and undamaged. Tags must be attached. Packaging must be complete.
Our handmade products often show small differences in color, weave or stitching. These differences come from the maker’s hand. Non Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned. This protects your health and keeps quality control strict.
Caps or woolen items that show signs of wearing cannot be returned.
Handmade accessories with visible use cannot be returned.
Custom sized items cannot be returned.
Sale items cannot be returned.

Return Process

Our team will guide you step by step. You will receive the return address.
Pack the item safely. Send it through a reliable courier.
After we receive the parcel, we will check the item. If everything is fine, we will approve your return and offer a refund or exchange.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the same payment method you used.
Banks may take time to process the amount.
If your refund is late, check your account again. Then contact your bank or card provider. If the issue continues, contact us and we will help.
Partial Refunds
A partial refund may apply in some cases.
If the product is missing packaging.
If parts are missing.
If the item is damaged due to poor handling.
If the product reaches us after 14 days but still in fair shape.
Exchanges
If you want a different size or a different product, you can exchange your item within 14 days. The item must be unused and clean.

After we receive and check your return, we will send the replacement item.
Gifts
If you received an item as a gift, you can exchange it.
Refunds will be sent to the original buyer, not the gift receiver.
Shipping Costs for Returns
Return shipping is your responsibility.
Shipping charges are not refunded.
If you request a refund, your return courier cost may be deducted from the final amount.
Lost Returns
If you are returning costly items like pure shilajeet or premium dry fruits, use a trackable courier service.
We are not responsible for parcels that do not reach us.
